Metanoia Communications Inc. is a first-tier
fabless IC design company specializing

was founded by H. Spence Jackson in USA in 2001. Metanoia's US
team has worked
and grown together over 10 years, with roots in USRobotics and 3Com prior to
Metanoia. The Metanoia concentrates its is efforts on the wireline communications
market
for xDSL products, with specific emphasis on discrete multi-tone (DMT)
line codes for maximum interoperability with existing equipment, and greatest
immunity to crosstalk and noise in a telephone operating company environment.
The company has offered VDSL and VDSL2 products for CO and
CPE since 2005.
